For headliners and large productions, 2–6 months is ideal. Bands, DJs, and specialty acts can often be booked a few weeks out, and we keep a network for last-minute needs. The sooner you reach out, the better the availability.
Every act is quoted per event based on date, duration, location, and production needs. We send all-in pricing up front – the number you approve is the number you pay. A deposit confirms the booking and the balance is due per the contract.
Yes. Talent is booked under a written agreement that covers performance times, payment, and the rider, and our acts carry the appropriate insurance. We can provide a certificate of insurance for your venue when required.
Absolutely – many events use several. A common night might pair a string trio for dinner, a party band or DJ for dancing, and a specialty act for a wow moment. We coordinate the full lineup and the run of show.
We advance the technical needs directly with your venue and can arrange production – staging, sound, lighting, and an emcee – when a room doesn't already have it. Tell us the space and we'll tell you what it needs.
We're based in Las Vegas and cast events across the Strip, Henderson, Lake Las Vegas, and statewide Nevada. We also book talent for destination events headed to Las Vegas.
